CNC Machining Center
Pro Stamp has recently purchased a Haas VF-5 CNC Vertical Machining Center. With this addition, Pro Stamp will be able to provide precision machining for secondary operations, including tapping needed for our customer’s stampings.
The VF-5 comes with an HRT 310 rotary table that allows for 4-axis machining. The following are the specifications of the CNC:
- 50x26x25 table size
- 52×23 spindle motor
- 20hp spindle motor
- 7500 rpm spindle speed
- 24 station tool changer
- 4 Axis capabilities
